I didn't trust its effects much because I didn't see what a gummy could do. But I must say it's great. I usually take between 1 and 2 hours to fall asleep after going to bed, regardless of my level of tiredness. Sometimes it can be longer. With ZzzQuil, I barely last half an hour before I fall asleep completely.
