How to use
Use the Waterpik® oral irrigator after brushing, especially at night.
Follow these instructions:
- Select a low pressure level (start) Direct the stream at a 90-degree angle towards your gums.
- Do not turn on the irrigator until the nozzle is in your mouth.
- Close your lips slightly to avoid splashing, but allow the water to flow freely from your mouth to the sink.
- Lean over the sink, keeping your arm at a perpendicular angle to your torso.
- Regulate the pressure according to your needs.
- Stop the water flow or turn off the appliance before removing the nozzle.
- Discard excess fluid and leave the tank empty (final).
- For best results, start in the molar area (back teeth) toward the front teeth.
- Follow the gum line and pause briefly between teeth until you have cleaned the inside and outside of your upper and lower teeth.
