Rinse for daily use. It has a pleasant taste but it's not the typical one that leaves your mouth super fresh. It's the rinse my dentist recommended to improve gum sensitivity, and since I've been using it, I haven't stopped because it's been very good for me!!! I highly recommend it!!!!
