The taste is really very good. I used three sachets in an ultra distance mountain race (100 km), roughly at 6 and 12 hours and upon reaching the finish line. I complemented it with salt tablets, with less magnesium per dose than the 200 mg in each Vit2go sachet. I think it went very well for me as I had no muscle problems. And the sachet format is perfect for carrying during the race.

Super complete packets, in addition to vitamin B12 they have many natural ingredients, vitamins, and minerals, and drinking it with water helps rehydrate you. You wake up like new. Also brutal as a post-workout since it contains electrolytes.

I tried it at a friend's wedding. I was quite skeptical about these 'miraculous' products, but you do notice less hangover the next day if you take it before going to sleep. Now I don't go out without it!!
