At first, everything seemed correct until I received the package and of a product I ordered 2 units, they sent me one of what I ordered and the other was different. I sent an email, they asked for a series of photographs of the product and told me that the error would be corrected, but since they have to send me the product I paid for and collect the wrong one, they have to do it at my home (I picked up the first package at a collection point I chose); they asked for my address, I sent it to them and my surprise was that the delivery person called me who was at the package collection point to deliver the correct one and collect the wrong one, so they asked for my personal address for nothing, I had to bother myself to meet the delivery person to make the exchange. I have many doubts and I don't think I will order from Atida again.
