Trofolastin Breast Scar Reducer 3x2 Plasters
These adhesive dressings are indicated for the treatment of breast scars.
BENEFITS
- They reduce the appearance of scars and protect them from solar radiation (SPF50+).
- They are recommended for the treatment of recent or old hypertrophic scars, or keloids, caused by burns, general surgery, cosmetic surgery or traumatic wounds.
- They are trimmable to adjust to the size of the scar, and they are adhesive.
- Very comfortable to wear and discreet.
- These dressings do not contain an active ingredient but act through a physical mechanism.
- They are water resistant , allowing you to shower without removing them and they won't peel off.
Made of polyurethane composed of 2 layers:
- The outer surface is a microporous polyurethane membrane.
- The inner surface is an adhesive acrylic film to facilitate attachment to the skin.
The box contains 3 blisters of 2 sets of dressings each.

- If redness, pain, or irritation occurs, discontinue use of the dressing.
- Do not use on third-degree burns. Do not use on open wounds.
- The dressing is water-resistant if it is applied without creases and all edges are secured to the surrounding healthy skin.
- The dressing is for single use only.
- If the dressing starts to peel off, replace it with a new Trofolastin Scar Reducer dressing.

How to use
- Wash your hands before using the dressing. Clean and dry the scar area carefully.
- Open the sachet and gently separate the protective layers. Place the dressing evenly over the scar, ensuring that no folds form and that all edges are secured to the skin.
- If it is necessary to trim the dressing to adjust the size before applying it, the protective layer should not be separated before cutting, and it should be ensured that it is large enough to adhere to the healthy skin surrounding the scar.
- Once placed, the Trofolastin Scar Reducer dressing can remain fixed to the skin surface for up to seven days depending on the type of scar.
- To remove the dressing, gently lift one corner and carefully pull, lifting the edges of the dressing until it separates from the skin.
