If you experience sudden discomfort during your period , take 2 capsules (1 serving). If the discomfort persists after two hours, repeat with a second serving.
If you need to anticipate, take 2 capsules, 2 times a day for 2-3 days before your period, leaving at least 6 hours between doses. Continue 1-2 days after the start of your period.
