- Take a generous amount and apply it evenly to your face, neck, and other areas that will be exposed to the sun.
- Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. Make sure to cover all exposed areas, including your ears and nose.
- Allow the sunscreen to absorb into the skin for at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
