- Take a generous amount and apply it evenly to your face, neck, and other areas that will be exposed to the sun.
- Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. Make sure to cover all exposed areas, including your ears and nose.
- Allow the sunscreen to absorb into the skin for at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
- To maintain effective protection, reapply sunscreen every two hours and immediately after swimming, sweating, or toweling off. If you are in the sun for extended periods or engage in physical activity, consider reapplying more frequently.
