Comes with a newborn nipple, I bought the preemie one with slow flow and it takes a long time to drink, which was the goal. Being a narrow mouth, the baby latches almost the entire base, which is great since she is on mixed feeding and this way it resembles the breast more. As for the anti-colic system, the baby hasn't stopped having them but I don't know if it would be worse with other bottles.
