- 2% free and liposomal salicylic acid: free salicylic acid has a surface action, sweeps the stratum corneum and has keratolytic and comedolytic activity. Liposomal salicylic acid, transported in nanometric-sized liposomes, acts in depth reaching the follicle and the sebaceous gland, presenting anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and sebum-regulating activity.
