Retilut is indicated to maintain good eyesight , helping to supplement the needs of the essential fatty acid DHA (from the omega-3 family) present in the retina , Hydroxytyrosol and hydroxycarotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin, both present in the macular pigment of the retina.

Food supplement with a new formula:

- Now with DHA from microalgae (cleaner, purer and safer) and Hydroxytyrosol (Polyphenol from olive oil).

- Zinc contributes to maintaining normal vision.

- Copper is a mineral that helps to slow down the oxidation process.

- Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels.

- It also provides vitamins C and E and trace elements, carotenoids and polyphenols from olives and grapes.

- The ongoing AREDS II study by the American Academy of Ophthalmology aims to clarify whether dietary supplementation with these nutrients reduces the risk of developing or progressing age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
