Applicare l'equivalente di una noce di shampoo e distribuirlo con la punta delle dita sul cuoio capelluto bagnato. Aggiungere un po' d'acqua per emulsionare e risciacquare.
Ricominciare l'operazione e lasciare agire lo shampoo sul cuoio capelluto per 3 minuti.
Risciacquare abbondantemente, preferibilmente con acqua fredda, finché i capelli non scricchiolano tra le dita.
Frequenza d'uso: da 1 a 2 volte a settimana. Negli altri giorni, utilizzare lo shampoo utilizzato più frequentemente come desiderato.
