I waited until I finished the box to give my opinion. I started taking it in mid-September because my autumn hair loss cycle began. I already tend to lose a lot due to stress. During the autumn shedding, it's exaggerated. I haven't noticed any difference before and after. It's true that they usually recommend taking it for at least 3 months to notice any improvement, and I've only been taking it for a month. It's also true that I can't spend 90€ just like that. Otherwise, they are not very difficult to swallow thanks to the coating on the capsules, which are medium-sized. They have a slight sweet taste, which is appreciated.
