It enhances skin elasticity and restores it after pregnancy.
It promotes skin repair and elasticity, to restore previous firmness.
It is also recommended to combat sagging in the abdominal area during menopause.
With Triterpenes from Centella Asiatica and Fibronectin, which have regenerative, repairing and healing properties.

These adhesive dressings are indicated for the treatment of hypertrophic and keloid scars .
Suitable for scars caused by various causes: burns, general surgery, cosmetic surgery, wounds...
Reduces the appearance of scars and protects them from solar radiation (SPF50+).
They are made of polyurethane composed of 2 layers:
- The outer surface is a microporous polyurethane membrane.
- The inner surface is an adhesive acrylic film to facilitate attachment to the skin.
It can be used on recent and old scars, caused by burns, surgery, etc.
It does not contain medicines .
They are water resistant .
Furthermore, they can be trimmed to adapt their size to the desired area.

- Trofolastin Post-Partum 200 ml: Apply twice a day, using a light massage until the skin absorbs all the product.
- Trofolastin Scar Reducer 4x30 cm 5 units: Clean and thoroughly dry the scar area to facilitate application of Trofolastin Scar Reducer. Open the sachet and separate the protective layers. Place the dressing over the scar, ensuring that no folds are formed and that its edges are firmly attached to the skin. The dressing can be cut to fit the dimensions of the scar (do not remove the protective layer before cutting and ensure that the size is sufficient to adhere to the healthy skin around the scar). It can remain in place for up to 7 days. The dressing is for single use only. To remove the dressing, gently lift a corner and carefully pull it off, lifting the edges of the dressing.
