How to use
1. Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure for maximum absorption and protection.
2. Make sure you apply enough sunscreen. An insufficient amount reduces the level of protection significantly.
3. Do not neglect any area of your body.
4. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. Do it more often after bathing, sweating, or toweling off.
5. Try to avoid the sun between 11 AM and 3 PM, during the summer months or when on vacation in tropical countries.
6. If you take any medication, consult your doctor. Some medications can cause skin sensitivity.
