1. Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all utensils.
2. Following the dosage table, pour the correct amount of water into the bottle. It is advisable to use natural mineral water suitable for preparing baby food, and to use lukewarm water to ensure the powder dissolves better. If using tap water, boil the required amount for 1 to 2 minutes and let it cool to 40°C.
3. Measure each dose exactly using only the scoop inside and the leveler on the container.
4. Add the corresponding number of level, uncompressed measures to the bottle. Cap the bottle.
5. Immediately afterward, hold the bottle horizontally and shake it from left to right for 10 seconds. Then, hold it vertically and shake it up and down for another 10 seconds. Add the previously sterilized nipple. For best results, let the product sit for 3-5 minutes to allow it to thicken.
6. Test the temperature of the food before giving it to the baby
7. Once the feed is finished, throw away any leftover food.
