- Daily dose: Take a maximum of 2 doses per day , with or between main meals.
- Preparation: Gradually dissolve 5 level scoops (49.1 g) of powder in 190 ml of water (fresh or at room temperature) until a mixture of 225 ml is obtained.
- Serving temperature: It can be warmed, but never exceeding 35°C to preserve its nutrients. Do not heat in a microwave .
