Assumere 1 o 2 bustine al giorno. Si consiglia l'assunzione di 2 bustine al giorno per le prime 4 settimane, preferibilmente al mattino a stomaco vuoto e alla sera prima di coricarsi. Proseguire poi con 1 bustina al giorno.
Per una migliore dissoluzione, svuotare prima il contenuto della bustina in un bicchiere e poi aggiungere acqua o latte a temperatura ambiente o tiepidi fino a metà bicchiere. Il prodotto va agitato e bevuto subito dopo la preparazione.
