Composition
Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides), capsule (tapioca starch gelatin, humectant (vegetable glycerin), water). Per 2 capsules: Sea buckthorn oil (1g), Omega 3 fatty acids (0.13g), Omega 6 fatty acids (0.10g), Omega 7 fatty acids (0.30g), Omega 9 fatty acids (0.18g), Vitamin E (4.50mg), Vitamin A (1000mcg).
How to use
Take 4 capsules a day for the first two months, either together or divided into two doses. From the third month onwards, take 2 capsules a day.
