Olaplex No. 1 Bond Multiplier is mixed with the color or bleach prior to application. Once the color treatment is removed, Olaplex Bond Perfector No. 2 is applied to all the hair, leaving it to act for a minimum of 10 minutes and then the hair is washed with shampoo and conditioner.
