- Wash your hands well.
- Wash the utensils you will need (bottle, nipple, ring, cup, spoon). If you use a bottle, sterilize it together with the nipple and ring in boiling water for 5 minutes.

- For the bottle, close and shake until the contents are completely dissolved. With the cup, stir the contents with a spoon.

- Consume immediately after preparing the bottle or cup.
