The white tablets are composed of black cohosh extract, which acts against the discomfort of menopause by reducing hot flashes and sweats; green tea extract, which helps reduce fat by using it as an energy source; butcher's broom extract, which contributes to the relief of tired legs; eleutherococcus extract, which promotes mental and physical support in situations of fatigue; and vitamins B6, B9 and B12.

The blue tablets contain sage extract, which contributes to the relief of hot flashes that may occur during the night; passionflower extract, which helps reduce nighttime awakenings and promotes tranquility; vitamin K2 and D, which promote the maintenance of healthy bones and combat the risk of osteoporosis; and vitamin A, which helps keep the skin in normal conditions.

Mode of Employment
