- Always wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
- Wash and sterilize the baby bottle and its accessories.
- Boil tap water or low-mineral bottled water for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40º.
- Put the required water into the bottle and add the number of level, uncompressed scoops (use only the scoop included in the package).
- Close the bottle and swirl it between your palms. Then shake until the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. Remove the cap and attach the sterilized teat.
- Check the temperature (37°C) on the inside of your forearm. Use immediately. The bottle should be consumed within 1 hour of preparation.
