1. Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all utensils.2. Boil tap water or low-mineral bottled water for 5 minutes, and let it cool to 40ºC.3. Put the required amount of water into the bottle.4. Add the required number of level, uncompressed measures (use only the measuring device included in the package)5. Close the bottle with the hard plastic cap, move the bottle with the palms of your hands.6. Next, shake well until the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. Remove the lid and attach a sterilized teat.7. Check the temperature (37ºC) on the inside of your forearm. The bottle should be consumed within 1 hour of preparation.
