1 - Always wash your hands before preparing the baby bottle.
2 - Wash and sterilize the baby bottle and its accessories.
3 - Boil tap water or low-mineral bottled water for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40º.
4 - Put the required water into the bottle and add the number of level, uncompressed measures (use only the measuring device included in the package).
5 - Close the bottle and move it with the palms of your hands. Then shake until the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. Remove the cap and attach the sterilized teat.
6 - Check the temperature (37º) on the inside of your forearm. Use immediately. The bottle should be consumed within 1 hour of preparation.
