1.Wash your hands well.
2. Wash the bottle, nipple, and screw cap thoroughly. Immerse completely in water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and leave covered until needed. (If using a steam sterilizer, follow the manufacturer's instructions.)
3. Boil water and let it cool.
