PREPARATION OF PORRIDGE FOR SPOON FEEDING
1. Wash your hands before preparing baby's food. Use only clean utensils.
2. Pour 160 ml of warm milk into a bowl/plate.
3. Add 25g (4 or 5 tablespoons) of NESTLÉ 8 Cereals.
4. Stir with a fork and the porridge is ready. No cooking required.
PREPARING BABY FOOD FOR BOTTLES
1. Add 4-5 tablespoons (25g-30g) of Nestlé 8 cereals to 160ml-190ml of warm milk in the baby bottle.
2. Shake the bottle to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
