- Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle.
- Wash the bottle, nipple and ring thoroughly, removing any milk residue.
- Boil the bottle, nipple and ring for 5 minutes and leave them covered until ready to use.
- Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool.
- Refer to the feeding table and pour the exact amount of warm water into the bottle (maximum 40°C).
- Use only the scoop found in the jar and fill level with the inside rim of the jar.
- Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of level measures depending on the baby's age.
- Close the bottle. Shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
