- Wash your hands thoroughly. Wash the bottle, nipple, and nipple ring thoroughly.
- Boil for 5 minutes and leave covered until ready to use. Boil water and let it cool.
- Follow the feeding chart. Add the indicated amount of water to the bottle, then the exact number of scoops, level with the inside rim of the container.
- Make sure the scoop is dry and stored inside the jar.
