- Slowly add 40g of product (4 heaped tablespoons) to 200ml of cold or lukewarm semi-skimmed milk, stirring until completely dissolved.
- It can also be prepared with water or other liquids; in this case, the nutritional value will be different.
- If not consumed immediately after preparation, store covered and refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours.
- Adding more semi-skimmed milk will give it a thinner consistency, making it suitable for drinking.
