For manual preparation: Add 35 or 50g of product to 200ml or 300ml of semi-skimmed milk respectively, either cold or hot, and stir until completely dissolved.
A serving can be made with 35g (3 heaped tablespoons) or 50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of product, thus varying the nutritional content and texture depending on individual needs.
