Skimmed milk, fibre (inulin), minerals (magnesium carbonate, zinc gluconate, ferric phosphate and sodium selenite), MCT oil (palm and palm kernel), vitamins (sodium L-ascorbate, nicotinamide, DL-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, retinyl acetate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, riboflavin, phylloquinone, cholecalciferol and cyanocobalamin), flavouring, sweetener (sodium saccharin) and colour. No added sugars; only naturally occurring sugars. Gluten free.How to use
1. Pour one sachet into 200 ml of cold or hot semi-skimmed milk.
2. Stir until completely dissolved.
Recommended amount: 1 to 3 sachets per day depending on nutritional needs.
