1. Remove the protective film Hold the dressing with one hand and remove the top protective film from the bottom using the thumb and index finger of your other hand.
2. Apply and remove the second protective film. Place the gauze centered over the wound. Make sure you only touch the top of the dressing and the protective film. Never touch the gauze. Remove the remaining protective film.
3. Smooth and press. Smooth the dressing so it adheres evenly. Apply only light pressure and do not apply tension. To increase the adhesive strength, you can warm the dressing between your palms before applying it.
