I tend to have blockages in one breast and thanks to manual massages and this probiotic I've had a great breast for weeks. I won't stop taking the probiotic even though I'm fine, just in case... However, I find it quite an expensive product (although at Atida it's the cheapest I've found... it would be great if there were more economical packs of 2 or 3 bottles).
