Use La Roche Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream morning and/or night.
On the face :
- Form a foam with water in the palm of your hand. Apply to the skin and spread as follows: using your fingertips, start by applying it between the eyebrows and work your way up to the hairline, spreading the cream from the centre of the forehead to the temples.
- Repeat it 3 times.
- Using the palms of your hands, apply the foam starting from your chin up to your nose. Then spread it out to the sides before moving back down to your chin.
- Repeat it 3 times.
- Rinse with water and dry with a towel without rubbing.
In the body :
- Apply to damp skin, massage and rinse with water.
