How to use Kneipp Valerian Classic

To help relax: consume 2 pills 3 times a day.

To facilitate sleep: consume 2 tablets between 30 and 60 minutes before bedtime.

If necessary, take 2 more tablets in the afternoon.

Composition of Kneipp Valerian Classic

Valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis), filler (sucrose), anti-caking agent (talc), filler (lactose),

stabilizers (microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone), coating (acacia gum), dye (titanium dioxide),

anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), coating (shellac), stabilizer (silicon dioxide), castor oil (ricinus

communis), coating (polyethylene glycol 6000, carnauba wax and beeswax).

It contains lactose.

Do not administer to children under 12 years.
