Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
It is not recommended to open the capsules and dilute them in liquids or foods.
You can start taking it from the age of 16.
If you are hungrier at night, take one with breakfast and one with lunch. If you are hungrier at midday, take one with dinner and one with breakfast.
There is no maximum time for taking it. Minimum of 3 to 4 months.
