Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
It is not recommended to open the capsules and dilute them in liquids or food.
You can start taking it from the age of 16.
If you're hungrier at night, have one with breakfast and another at lunch. If you're hungrier at midday, have one at dinner and one at breakfast.
There is no maximum duration of use. Minimum of 3 to 4 months.
Recommendation: During breastfeeding, take after breastfeeding.
