They are inserted by folding them into the vagina. Once inside, they return to their normal shape, leaving them sealed, with no room to move and no risk of losing menstrual flow.
They are changed depending on the amount of flow each woman has and can be left in place for up to 12 hours.
Afterwards, they must be removed. After each menstruation, it is recommended to boil them to sterilize them and store them in a dry place.

I still haven't been able to try it but I think the size S is smaller than the size S of organic cup! So maybe I didn't get the measurement right! The sterilizer is great! Very useful for traveling too!
