Holle Organic Spelt Flour Porridge is a complementary food suitable for babies from 4 months old.
It is formulated with whole grain spelt, which retains a high percentage of nutrients, providing dietary fiber naturally.
This porridge is easy to prepare and can be used as a cream or added to bottle milk, whether breast milk, infant formula, or water.
In addition, it contains no added sugar or dairy, and is easy to digest, contributing to a balanced and healthy diet.

Composition
Ingredients: Whole spelt flour from biodynamic agriculture, vitamin B1.
How to use
1. First, boil the milk and water together, in quantities of 100 ml each (a total of 200 ml). Let the mixture cool to 50°C.
2. Pour the liquid into a plate, add 5 tablespoons of spelt porridge (about 25g) and mix the contents well.
3. Once the mixture is prepared, let it cool until it reaches an optimal temperature for consumption (about 37º).
