Pour hot water into the bottle. It should be at a temperature of 50º and fill it halfway.
Then the mixture will be incorporated, using the measuring spoon.
Finish filling the bottle with the rest of the hot water.
Shake well and let stand until it reaches a temperature of approximately 37º.
