It is made with organic ingredients and is an excellent source of nutrients for the nervous and brain systems.
This porridge is easy to prepare and can be mixed with breast milk, infant formula, or water.
It contains proteins, fats, vitamins and essential minerals such as vitamins A, B, C, E, K, calcium, iron, potassium and phosphorus.
In addition, it is rich in essential amino acids and contains no added sugar or dairy , making it easy for babies to digest.

Composition
Ingredients: Whole oat flour, vitamin B1 according to legislation.
How to use
1. Boil the milk and water together, in quantities of 100 ml each (a total of 200 ml). Allow the mixture to cool to 50°C.
2. Pour the liquid into a plate, add 5 tablespoons of spelt porridge (about 25g) and mix the contents well.
3. Once the mixture is prepared, let it cool until it reaches an optimal temperature for consumption (about 37º).
