      How to use

      1. Add one heaped scoop (approximately 60g) to a large glass of water (approximately 300ml), mix and drink immediately.
      2. A meal replacement shake for one or two meals a day. If you prefer it with milk, add 50g (equivalent to filling a scoop to 80ml) to 300ml of skimmed milk.
      3. Do not boil.
