- Per la protezione quotidiana dalle radiazioni solari e la prevenzione del fotoinvecchiamento cutaneo, assumere 1 capsula al giorno (mezz'ora prima dell'esposizione al sole)
- Per ottenere un'abbronzatura più bella e sana, assumere 1 capsula al giorno 15 giorni prima dell'esposizione al sole e durante i giorni di esposizione.
- Per prolungare l'abbronzatura, proseguire con una capsula per altri 15 giorni.
In caso di difficoltà di ingestione, il suo contenuto può essere svuotato e mescolato con succo o yogurt.
