To prepare the drink, add 1 level measure (40 g) for every 500 ml of water.
Mix well.
Drink during training/tests lasting more than 1 hour.
For runs between 1:00 and 2:00, drink one serving every hour.
Tastings of 2 to 3 hours, drink two doses per hour or interspersed with gels.
