Preparing porridge to eat with a spoon
1. Pour 160ml of warm milk* into a bowl/plate. *Breast milk or whatever milk your baby normally drinks.
2. Add 17 g (3 or 4 tablespoons) of Gerber baby food.
3. Stir with a fork and the porridge is ready. No cooking required. Check the temperature before feeding your baby and use a clean spoon.
Do you prefer bottle feeding?
1. Add to the milk bottle* the amount of porridge indicated by the pediatrician according to your baby's age.
2. Rotate the bottle with your hands and shake until you get a homogeneous mixture.
