1. Wash your hands with soap and water and adopt a comfortable position. We recommend sitting on the toilet, squatting, with one leg raised on a point of support or standing.
2. Fold the menstrual disc. Place the rear part of the menstrual disc in the part closest to the exit of the vaginal cavity. Next, pinch the edges together with your index finger and thumb, making it a ∞ shape.
3. Take the folded disc and insert it into the vagina, using your index finger to push the rear part.
4. Lightly press down to ensure that the edge is located just below the cervix or the end of the vaginal canal.
5. Position the front edge behind the pubic bone. In this way, the disc will be well placed and ready for use.
