The product is much more complete than other vitamin complexes from Fertybiotic. You take one capsule and one sachet dissolved in water a day. The sachet's flavor is similar to lemon, it's not unpleasant. The shipping was fast and the price is very good. The only downside I would say is that costing 48.99, by a cent I don't get free shipping and it forces me to get more things, which is a bit annoying because I often don't need anything else.
