It's one of the best natural pills that work for me, I've tried quite a few and so far this one is the best. I used to take it 30 minutes before going to bed and had trouble falling asleep, now I've tried taking it 1 hour before and it works better for me. That will also depend on each person. I hardly sleep now, but it seems that even if it's little, I've achieved something. For me, so far, it's great and the price is good.
